Ingredients
  

  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together until fully combined.
  2. Place steak in a bag or dish and coat evenly with marinade.
  3. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove steak from marinade, bring to room temperature, and cook as desired.
