Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Combine oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss chicken until fully coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt half the butter. Add chicken and cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
  3. Add remaining butter, then stir in garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in lemon juice and stir to coat chicken in the sauce.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy the fresh, zesty aroma.
