Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Blend eggs and sugar until pale and frothy.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; blend until smooth.
  3. Add flour and baking powder; blend just until combined.
  4. Bake at 350°F until golden and set.
