- Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, chicken broth, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Pour in sauce and simmer until thickened. Garnish with green onions and serve.
