- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Add flour, panko, and salt; mix to form a soft dough.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into smooth balls.
- Arrange on baking sheets and bake 12–14 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes, then roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.
- Cool completely and dust again before serving.
