- Cut cold butter into the dry ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
- Stir in milk until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into rolls, place on baking sheet, and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Brush hot rolls with melted butter and serve warm.
