Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Cook onions slowly until caramelized. Stir in honey and remove from heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F and place naan on a baking sheet.
  3. Top naan evenly with caramelized onions, feta cheese, and blueberries.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese softens. Garnish with arugula and serve warm.
