Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk or cream of coconut
  • 0.5 cup white rum (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp blue curaçao
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or honey (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add pineapple, coconut milk, rum (if using), blue curaçao, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Thin with pineapple juice if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or color.
  4. Pour into a glass, garnish, and serve immediately.
