Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Whisk melted butter, milk, egg yolk, and vanilla in a mug.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into wet until smooth.
  4. Layer half the batter, cinnamon sugar, then remaining batter.
  5. Microwave 60–75 seconds until set. Rest 1 minute before serving.
