Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and wrap each with two slices of bacon.
  3. Whisk maple syrup, Dijon mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and smoked paprika.
  4. Brush glaze over chicken and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes if needed for extra crispy bacon, then rest briefly before serving.
