Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix flours, salt, garlic powder, oregano, sesame seeds, and pepper.
  2. Add olive oil and yogurt and mix to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead briefly, then fold in scallions until evenly distributed.
  4. Roll dough very thin, cut into shapes, and transfer to baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until crisp and golden.
