Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix hash browns, ham, cheese, sour cream, soup, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
