Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix dry ingredients. In another bowl mix wet ingredients, then combine gently.
  3. Roll dough into rectangle, spread butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Roll up, slice, and arrange in baking dish. Bake 25–30 minutes.
  5. Beat frosting ingredients and spread over warm rolls before serving.

Notes
