  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 teaspoons light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons whisky
  • powdered sugar, for rolling

Method
 

  1. Combine the crushed vanilla wafers, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the corn syrup and whisky, mixing until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until coated.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes
