Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Finely chop dill pickles, keeping some texture.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust heat, tang, or sweetness as desired.
  4. Rest at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
  5. Store refrigerated and stir before using.
