- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, and chopped bacon. Mix thoroughly.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden and mixture is bubbly.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
