  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan until smooth and caramel-like.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt, then pour over pretzels and coat evenly.
  4. Spread pretzels on the baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before storing or serving.
