Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, add the arugula.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts over the arugula.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top of the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
