Ingredients
  

Warm Lemon Water with Honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water Not boiling
Chamomile Tea
  • 1 tea bag chamomile tea
  • 1 splash warm almond milk For extra creaminess
Ginger Tea
  • 1-2 inches fresh ginger root To be boiled
  • 2 cups water For boiling
  • to taste honey or lemon For sweetening
Cucumber and Mint Water
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • handful mint leaves
  • 4-5 cups cold water For infusing

Method
 

Warm Lemon Water
  1. Stir 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice and 1 tsp of raw honey into a warm cup of water.
  2. Sip slowly about 30–60 minutes before bed.
Chamomile Tea
  1. Brew chamomile tea according to package instructions.
  2. Add a splash of warm almond milk for creaminess.
Ginger Tea
  1. Boil 1-2 inches of fresh ginger root in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain, and sweeten with a tiny bit of honey or lemon, if desired.
Cucumber and Mint Water
  1. Slice ½ cucumber and add a handful of mint leaves to 4-5 cups of cold water.
  2. Let it infuse in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
