Warm Lemon Water
- Stir 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice and 1 tsp of raw honey into a warm cup of water.
- Sip slowly about 30–60 minutes before bed.
Chamomile Tea
- Brew chamomile tea according to package instructions.
- Add a splash of warm almond milk for creaminess.
Ginger Tea
- Boil 1-2 inches of fresh ginger root in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
- Strain, and sweeten with a tiny bit of honey or lemon, if desired.
Cucumber and Mint Water
- Slice ½ cucumber and add a handful of mint leaves to 4-5 cups of cold water.
- Let it infuse in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
