  • 1/4 cup Milk or Cream substitute with almond or soy milk for dairy-free

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese can substitute with mozzarella or Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, or others
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Crumbled Bacon or Sausage optional
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Turkey optional, can substitute with chicken or additional veggies
For Baking
  • 1 can Non-stick Cooking Spray or use silicone molds

Method
 

How to Make Better Than Starbucks Egg Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Generously spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  4. Prepare your vegetables and cooked meats—chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  5. Distribute your chopped vegetables and cheese evenly into the muffin tin cavities.
  6. Carefully pour the egg mixture into each cavity, filling them about three-quarters full.
  7. Gently stir the mixtures in each muffin cavity.
  8. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 12-18 minutes or until set and slightly golden.
  9. Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
  10. Serve the bites warm or store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
