How to Make Better Than Starbucks Egg Bites
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Generously spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Prepare your vegetables and cooked meats—chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Distribute your chopped vegetables and cheese evenly into the muffin tin cavities.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture into each cavity, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Gently stir the mixtures in each muffin cavity.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 12-18 minutes or until set and slightly golden.
- Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
- Serve the bites warm or store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
