  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing
For the Vegetables
  • 2 large Onions Sliced
  • 2 medium Zucchini Sliced
  • 2 pieces Red Bell Peppers Sliced
For the Protein
  • 400 grams Beef Strips Tender cuts like sirloin
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Mexican Spices or Fajita Mix Adjust spice level to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they start to brown.
  2. Toss in the sliced zucchini and red bell peppers. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly charred.
  3. Push the veggies to one side and add the beef strips. Sear for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning over the beef and vegetable mixture. Stir well and cook for another minute or two.
  5. Warm the tortillas using a skillet, panini press, or microwave until soft and pliable.
  6. Assemble the wraps by spreading optional salsa or guacamole on each tortilla, then add the beef and veggie mix. Roll tightly and serve warm.
