- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they start to brown.
- Toss in the sliced zucchini and red bell peppers. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly charred.
- Push the veggies to one side and add the beef strips. Sear for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the beef and vegetable mixture. Stir well and cook for another minute or two.
- Warm the tortillas using a skillet, panini press, or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading optional salsa or guacamole on each tortilla, then add the beef and veggie mix. Roll tightly and serve warm.
