Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Dice the avocado, cucumber, and onion; halve the cherry tomatoes.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, avocado, cucumber, onion, and tomatoes.
Dressing
  1. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Serving
  1. Top with fresh herbs and any optional add-ins like feta or chili flakes. Serve immediately and enjoy the freshness!
