How to Make Crack Breakfast Casserole
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the pork sausage and bacon until crispy, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat for a lighter dish.
  2. In a large bowl, blend together cream cheese and sour cream. Gradually add milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until everything is smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the cooked meats, frozen hash browns, and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese until all ingredients are evenly coated and mixed.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish, top with the remaining cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is nicely bubbly and golden.
  5. Allow the casserole to rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, and consider pairing it with fresh fruit or a crisp salad for a delightful balance.
