For the Creamy Mixture
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Half-and-Half Cream or whole milk or coconut cream for dairy-free
For the Cheesy Top
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded (plus extra for topping)
For Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder or fresh onions
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), adjusting the rack to the middle position.
  2. Steam the cauliflower and broccoli for about 5 minutes until softened but still vibrant.
  3. Combine diced chicken, softened cream cheese, half-and-half, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Fold in the steamed cauliflower and broccoli into the mixture.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
