  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Dairy-free alternatives can work too.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Fresh grated for best melting.
For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Pasta Cook until al dente.

Directions
  1. Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken into your slow cooker, then add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Pour in the chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
  5. Stir in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. Cook the pasta separately until al dente. Drain and mix into the slow cooker.
  7. Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, or red pepper flakes.
