- Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken into your slow cooker, then add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Stir in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta separately until al dente. Drain and mix into the slow cooker.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, or red pepper flakes.
