How to Make Chicken Poblano Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the poblano peppers by placing them in a casserole dish, drizzling with olive oil, and baking for 30-40 minutes until soft.
  3. Cool the roasted peppers. Remove the stems and seeds, then chop them coarsely.
  4. Mix the creamy sauce by combining cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Layer the casserole by adding the chopped chicken and roasted poblano peppers.
