Method
- Wash the strawberries, pat dry, remove the stems, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and slice the bananas. Drain the mandarin orange segments thoroughly. Rinse the green grapes and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Add the prepared strawberries, bananas, mandarin orange segments, and green grapes to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla yogurt, optional sweetened condensed milk, optional honey, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the yogurt mixture until the dressing becomes smooth, light, and creamy.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the prepared fruit. Use a silicone spatula to gently fold until all the fruit is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the dressing to chill.
- Gently stir before serving and enjoy chilled. Garnish with optional fresh mint, toasted coconut, or additional sliced strawberries if desired.

Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas and fresh strawberries. Wash and thoroughly dry the fruit before mixing to prevent a watery dressing. Drain mandarin orange segments well. Slice bananas shortly before assembly to limit browning. Use vanilla Greek yogurt for a thicker dressing. Sweetened condensed milk and honey are optional; adjust based on the sweetness of the fruit and yogurt. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate at 40°F or below and enjoy within 24 hours for best texture. Nutrition estimates assume eight servings and include both optional sweeteners.
