Cooking Steps
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
- Reduce the heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Mix in Dijon mustard and lemon juice; allow to simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Incorporate grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Heat for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
