  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped) for garnish
  • 2 wedges Lemon for serving

Cooking Steps
  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Mix in Dijon mustard and lemon juice; allow to simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Incorporate grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Heat for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
