How to Make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan French Fries
- Rinse your Yukon Gold potatoes under cold water, scrubbing them well to remove any dirt.
- Slice the potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Soak the potato strips in a large bowl of ice water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- Toss the dried potato strips in a bowl with olive oil and kosher salt.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes, turning the fries halfway through.
- Mix together the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley in a separate bowl.
- Toss the hot, crispy fries in the parmesan mixture as soon as they come out of the air fryer.
