How to Make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan French Fries
  1. Rinse your Yukon Gold potatoes under cold water, scrubbing them well to remove any dirt.
  2. Slice the potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Soak the potato strips in a large bowl of ice water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. Toss the dried potato strips in a bowl with olive oil and kosher salt.
