How to Make Chocolate Hummus
  1. In a food processor, combine the rinsed chickpeas, avocado oil, maple syrup, and tahini. Blend for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is silky smooth.
  2. Next, incorporate the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and flaky sea salt into the bowl. Blend again until everything is well mixed, adjusting the consistency with warm water as needed.
  3. Give your Chocolate Hummus a taste! If you desire more sweetness or chocolatey flavor, feel free to add a bit more maple syrup or cocoa powder, blending again to combine.
  4. Transfer the luscious hummus into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with a bit of flaky sea salt on top and serve it alongside fresh fruit, crackers, or your favorite dipper!
