Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. Season the chicken with garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest the chicken for 5 minutes after grilling.
  6. Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
  7. Cut the rested chicken against the grain into thin strips.
  8. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
  9. Spread a generous amount of hummus in the center of each tortilla.
  10. Layer mixed greens, sliced veggies, and feta over the hummus.
  11. Place chicken strips on top and drizzle a bit of fresh lemon juice.
  12. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll up tightly.
  13. Cut the wraps in half at an angle before serving.
