- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest the chicken for 5 minutes after grilling.
- Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
- Cut the rested chicken against the grain into thin strips.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
- Spread a generous amount of hummus in the center of each tortilla.
- Layer mixed greens, sliced veggies, and feta over the hummus.
- Place chicken strips on top and drizzle a bit of fresh lemon juice.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll up tightly.
- Cut the wraps in half at an angle before serving.
