Preparation Steps
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken, sprinkle with paprika, and warm through for 3-4 minutes.
- Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and dill into bite-sized pieces.
- Lay a whole wheat wrap flat. Spread a generous amount of the yogurt sauce in the center, add seasoned chicken, vegetables, and crumbled feta.
- Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to secure the fillings inside.
- Slice the wrap in half and enjoy. Optionally, drizzle with extra lemon juice.
