  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree canned or homemade
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour or whole wheat for added nutrition
  • 2 large Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips or dark chocolate chips for richer flavor

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two medium-sized loaf pans by greasing them lightly.
  2. Blend together the eggs, granulated sugar, softened butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla in a stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Mix on low speed until just combined.
  4. Add the ripe mashed bananas and pumpkin puree. Gently stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the all-purpose flour gradually, then gently fold in the milk chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the two greased loaf pans.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bread in the pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
