How to Make Mini Peach Cobblers
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Pour the melted butter into each muffin cup.
- Mix together your dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.
- Fill the muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
- Top each cup with chopped peaches.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the filled muffin cups.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
