How to Make Easy Brussels Sprouts and Bacon
- Chop the bacon into small pieces, fry them in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease, leaving the grease in the pan for the sprouts.
- Add halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet and stir to coat in the bacon grease.
- Cover the pan with a lid to help steam the sprouts. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Return the crispy bacon to the skillet with the Brussels sprouts and cook uncovered for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender and browned.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired and serve hot from the skillet.
