Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the thin-sliced chicken breasts evenly in a baking dish, ensuring they fit snugly without overlapping.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the green onion cream cheese with chicken broth until smooth. Add Weber Herb and Garlic seasoning and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer fresh spinach and sliced mushrooms generously over the chicken.
  5. Spread the prepared cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the entire dish.
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let the dish cool slightly before serving.
