- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the silicone muffin tray generously.
- In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of the mixture into each muffin cavity, filling them about ¾ full.
- Add your chosen mix-ins and shredded cheese, stirring gently to combine.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the centers are just set. Cool for a few minutes before removing.
