How to Make Easy Keto Feta Burgers
- In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground beef, egg, crumbled feta cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 14 mini patties, each about 2–3 inches in diameter.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties in batches and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and keep them warm on a plate lined with foil.
- Lower the heat to medium and deglaze the skillet with beef stock. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and chopped green onions.
- Let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes, or until it thickens to your liking.
- Plate the patties drenched in the sauce, garnished with extra chopped green onions.
