How to Make Easy Keto Feta Burgers
  1. In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground beef, egg, crumbled feta cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 14 mini patties, each about 2–3 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties in batches and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side.
  4. Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and keep them warm on a plate lined with foil.
  5. Lower the heat to medium and deglaze the skillet with beef stock. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and chopped green onions.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes, or until it thickens to your liking.
  7. Plate the patties drenched in the sauce, garnished with extra chopped green onions.
