- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
- Peel and slice the carrots into ¼-½ inch thick rounds.
- Drizzle olive oil over the sliced carrots in a mixing bowl. Toss them gently until well-coated.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the carrots. Toss again to ensure even distribution.
- Spread the carrots out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Optional: Before serving, sprinkle with additional ranch seasoning and a pinch of black pepper.
