Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until it's crumbled and golden. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Layer the cooked sausage, vegetables, and cheese in the baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over everything.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
