  • 2 pieces English muffins Cut in half
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Spread over the muffins
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with other cheeses
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni Optional toppings
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers Fresh or cooked
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives Optional toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the English muffins in half.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on each half.
  4. Add cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives on top.
  5. Place the assembled halves on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
