Ingredients
  

For the Spicy Chicken Broth
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
The Chicken
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Ramen Bowl
  • 4 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 pieces soft-boiled eggs, halved
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil optional, for extra heat

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to marinate the chicken. Coat the chicken evenly and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
Make the Spicy Broth
  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, chili paste, miso paste, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Cook the Ramen Noodles
  1. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the Ramen Bowls
  1. Divide cooked noodles into serving bowls.
  2. Pour the spicy chicken broth over the noodles.
  3. Slice the cooked chicken and place on top.
  4. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and broth.
  5. Add soft-boiled eggs, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil if desired.
