- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Place mozzarella slices on top of the sauce.
- Add basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
