Meatball Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and grease a baking sheet to ensure your meatballs don’t stick as they bake.
- Combine the ground beef, ground pork, parsley, grated onion, nutmeg, allspice, garlic, panko, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Scoop out the mixture using a cookie scoop, forming the meatballs, which should be about 2 inches in diameter. Arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
Creamy Sauce Preparation
- Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth.
- Gradually add the beef broth, Dijon mustard, salt, nutmeg, allspice, and heavy cream to the skillet, whisking continuously until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve
- Combine the baked meatballs with the sauce mixture once they’re cooked, covering it for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the egg noodles as per package instructions, then coat them with butter when drained.
- Serve the delightful meatballs and creamy sauce over the buttery egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
