Method

Meatball Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and grease a baking sheet to ensure your meatballs don’t stick as they bake.
  2. Combine the ground beef, ground pork, parsley, grated onion, nutmeg, allspice, garlic, panko, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Scoop out the mixture using a cookie scoop, forming the meatballs, which should be about 2 inches in diameter. Arrange them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
Creamy Sauce Preparation
  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the beef broth, Dijon mustard, salt, nutmeg, allspice, and heavy cream to the skillet, whisking continuously until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve
  1. Combine the baked meatballs with the sauce mixture once they’re cooked, covering it for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the egg noodles as per package instructions, then coat them with butter when drained.
  3. Serve the delightful meatballs and creamy sauce over the buttery egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
