  • 2-3 cloves garlic, grated or crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 juice lemon Juice of one fresh lemon
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey, preferably organic or local

Method

  1. Grate or blend the onion, garlic, and ginger until they’re finely crushed. Transfer the mixture to a clean mixing bowl.
  2. Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lemon and mix well.
  3. Add raw honey and stir until everything combines into a thick, slightly sticky paste.
  4. If you prefer a smoother consistency, strain the mixture using cheesecloth or a fine sieve.
  5. Pour it into a glass jar with a tight lid, and refrigerate. It stays fresh for up to 7 days.

Notes
