- Grate or blend the onion, garlic, and ginger until they’re finely crushed. Transfer the mixture to a clean mixing bowl.
- Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lemon and mix well.
- Add raw honey and stir until everything combines into a thick, slightly sticky paste.
- If you prefer a smoother consistency, strain the mixture using cheesecloth or a fine sieve.
- Pour it into a glass jar with a tight lid, and refrigerate. It stays fresh for up to 7 days.
