- Season your chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden (about 6-8 minutes), then dice into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and heat it up. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant and golden, taking about 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring gently to avoid burning.
- Toss the diced chicken into the garlic oil in the pan. Remove from heat and stir in your chosen cheeses until they start to melt and combine.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface, spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and carefully roll it up tightly to secure all the filling inside.
- In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan, cooking them for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
