  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil for a dairy-free version
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

Method
 

Steps
  1. Season your chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden (about 6-8 minutes), then dice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the same pan, add olive oil and heat it up. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant and golden, taking about 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring gently to avoid burning.
  3. Toss the diced chicken into the garlic oil in the pan. Remove from heat and stir in your chosen cheeses until they start to melt and combine.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface, spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and carefully roll it up tightly to secure all the filling inside.
  5. In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan, cooking them for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let the wraps sit for 1-2 minutes before slicing them in half. For added flavor, sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
