How to Make Breakfast Club Sandwich
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange bacon in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  3. Cook sausage patties in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until they reach 160°F.
  4. In the same skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat and scramble the eggs. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  5. Spread cowboy butter on one side of each slice of toasted white bread.
