Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil.
- Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- Combine the sausage with diced potatoes and grated apple. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, half of the grated Jarlsberg cheese, sage, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture.
- Top with the remaining Jarlsberg cheese. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden-brown top. Let sit before slicing.
