  • 4 cups Russet Potatoes Diced
  • 1 medium Granny Smith Apple Diced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking
  • 1 pound Turkey Sausage Cooked
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk 2% or Whole
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Jarlsberg Cheese Grated
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Additional Jarlsberg Cheese Grated

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Combine the sausage with diced potatoes and grated apple. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, half of the grated Jarlsberg cheese, sage, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining Jarlsberg cheese. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the eggs are set.
  6. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden-brown top. Let sit before slicing.
