- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add 1 pound of deveined shrimp to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn a beautiful pink. Carefully remove the shrimp and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, toss in 3 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant, being cautious not to burn the garlic.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of paprika over the mixture. Stir well and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken beautifully.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, coating them thoroughly with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the shrimp is warmed through and well-coated.
- Transfer your masterpiece to a serving dish and garnish with sliced green onions for a pop of color and freshness. Serve immediately and enjoy!
