How to Make Decadent Biscoff Brownies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chopped chocolate with the melted butter in a microwave, using intervals of 30 seconds.
  3. Combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture and stir until glossy.
  4. Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the baking pan, spreading it evenly and swirling spoonfuls of Biscoff butter on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool the brownies completely in the pan before lifting out and slicing into squares.
